I’m a strong believer that, above all else, any challenge should be approached through an empathetic lens.
Over the past decade, I’ve built and led in-house creative teams that connect strategy, storytelling, and design to drive real business impact. My strength lies in translating complex goals into clear creative direction, whether that means developing scalable design systems, orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns, or shaping brand narratives that feel human and grounded. I’m as passionate about operations and process as I am about craft, because I’ve seen how structure gives creativity room to thrive.
What drives me most, though, is people. I find the greatest satisfaction in helping designers, writers, and videographers do work they are proud of— by creating space for collaboration, psychological safety, and pride in what we build together. I’m drawn to work that moves both hearts and metrics: campaigns that tell stories with empathy, brands that stand for something real, and teams that grow stronger with every project they take on.
Outside of work, I’m usually listening to music (almost always), exploring new playlists while hanging out with my two golden retrievers, Sophie and Wesley.
